Introduction
Cycle ball, if you are not familiar with this game, is otherwise known as Rad ball. It is said to be a combination of cycling and football and was invented by a German-American, named Edward Kaufmann. It is considered an unusual sport in the United States, but has been around since the late 19th century. It first gained popularity in Europe and reached the far flung shores of Asia, like Japan.
How the Game is Played
Cycle ball is a fun game to watch. It is played around a basketball field with an area of 36 x 46 feet. The play-off consists of two teams with two players per team. The players ride around the field; and using their heads and front wheels, they shoot a ball through their opponent's goals to score a point. The team that has the most number of goals wins the game.
The Professional Player
Unlike other sports that you see on sports news, there is no money to be made in Cycle Ball. Players normally have full time jobs, and trains only during competitions. These games can cost the players a lot of money in terms of bike expenses. Since these matches call for unavoidable contact with each other, these oftentimes result to a lot of money expended by the players for cycle ball bikes alone. Still, the game is exciting and spectacular. Players normally spare no expenses in getting the best and top-of-the line bike wheels that are available in the market today.
The Equipment Used
The cycle ball bikes used for these games are specially constructed and optimized for Cycling Ball. These bikes are more durable than the bikes that we used in going to school. The cycle ball bike's reconstructed features include: the seat is positioned at the back tire; use of single gear for ease of movement and mobility, and; the handlebars point straight up. The bikes are heavier than ordinary bikes and costs around 2,000 Euros or around $2,534 U.S. Dollars. For the games, players are required to have lots of practice and experience in riding so as to keep their balance during shootouts and gametime.
What are Cycle Ball Bicycles
Cycle Ball Bikes are extra-ordinary bikes, unlike the bikes that we normally see on the streets. They are especially designed for extra strength and special movements. These special movements would include turning, shooting, dashing and outright breaks and stopping. This bike is a powerhouse, with one piece construction for its handlebars that are welded straight into the stem. This allows for forceful shooting during competitions and play. Other features would include:
1. The saddle is attached to a seat post that extends to the rear side to enable you to pull your hips back when you are playing. This feature is particularly useful when a powerful kick is necessary so you don't tumble over.
2. The front rear and gear ratio is fixed at 1:1 for better control and acceleration of the bikes. This would allow you to make sudden breaks, back-ups, dashes and other movements without fear of tipping over.
3. The chains used are thicker than ordinary bikes and can withstand the rigors of play. Frames are likewise thicker so as to absorb the extreme strong forces generated during turning and shooting once you join these matches.
4. These bikes do not have brakes unlike the bikes that we ordinarily use. To stop the bike, players or you would have to used both feet in order to stop it.
5. The gears are capable of moving the bicycles from 2.5 to 3 meters per full pedal revolution, so it would be less tiresome for you to pedal it.
6. The cap nuts make used of acorn nuts that are capped at the ends of the hub to prevent injury. These bikes also uses 24 teeth chain wheel and 22 teeth fixed gear for ease of mobility and biking comfort.
The cycle ball bikes have been tested for comfort, durability and safety. You can have one of those without fear of toppling over, and a guarantees that it would last for several years to come!

Torn Apart By a Tornado

Expert Author Lori J Buresh
It is hard to put into words what it is like when your world is torn apart by a tornado. I live in Carthage, Missouri near Joplin, where on May 22, 2011 my family and I survived an EF-5 tornado. Unfortunately, 161 people and over 7,000 homes did not.
The pictures on television cannot accurately portray the reality of the city after that storm. Much of the city's infrastructure and landmarks were destroyed. I am a US Naval Academy graduate, Class of 2000 ('00 for short). As it happens, during this time a team of midshipmen (the name for Academy students), led by one of my classmates, LCDR John Woods '00, were in the area for a USNA summer training evolution through the Oceanography Department called SWIFT (Severe Weather In-Field Training). Two days after the storm, the training group diverted to the Joplin area to assist with Search and Rescue before returning to Annapolis. During their search in the debris field just outside of town, the team found a tattered American flag in the woods and took it with them back to USNA.
Those mids never forgot Joplin or the aftermath they witnessed of the storm. Four of the members of the original team, along with six other members of MAG (Midshipmen Action Group), decided to return to Joplin in March 2012. Led by Midshipman Stephanie Migut '12, this group of ten mids gave up their spring break. My guess is they gave up a lot to come to Joplin, but looking back on it, I bet they were glad they chose "the road less traveled."
The storm was ten months ago. Joplin has come a long way since then; yet there are still jarring reminders of what happened. Houses still in shambles and businesses are still torn apart; the rebuilding of lives continues. The midshipmen were put to work with a local Lutheran church-based foundation called Transform Joplin. The team worked on cleaning glass and debris out of yards for people who were unable to do so for themselves, re-shingling roofs and preparing housing foundations for new homes. The mids worked very hard for Joplin, and the families they helped are incredibly grateful.
As a Blue & Gold Officer for the Four States area (SW Missouri, SE KS, NW OK and a tiny bit of AR), I jumped at the chance to support these mids when they offered to visit a local school to promote the USNA STEM (Science Technology Engineering & Math) program. At a local elementary school, Stephanie Migut '12, Ryan Schmidt '13, Marhall Liu '14 and Lucille Lu '14 conducted science experiments with the kids and answered their sweet, very honest questions. Who knows? Maybe one of these young fourth graders will become a midshipman one day.
Remember the flag the mids had found during shortly after the tornado hit? John Woods arranged to have the flag delivered to CDR Timothy A. Rexrode, CO of the USS MISSOURI (SSN 780) to fly over the submarine in honor of Joplin. A case was made specifically for the tattered flag at USNA which was then presented to the Mayor of Joplin, Mike Woolston, during the mids' trip. The Mayor is a former Marine Corps officer who was touched not only by the fact the midshipmen brought the flag back home but that they were helping Joplin's citizens. There is a plan to build a museum in Joplin dedicated to the tornado, and the flag will be prominently displayed there.
Toward the end of the trip, the mids and I travelled south of Joplin to Bentonville to meet with the Arkansas alumni, most notably RDML Luke McCollum '83, at Wal-Mart headquarters. There we had a short leadership symposium with other Walmart alumni where we told sea stories and some lessons learned for the mids. After a wonderful lunch together, we all visited Crystal Bridges, the brand new Museum of American Art in Bentonville. Again, the visitors to the museum were amazed to see midshipmen in uniform. It was uplifting to have civilians, adults and children stop the midshipmen to ask them about where they were from and their experiences. The more we can promote the Naval Academy the better!
To bring this story to a close, I can only say I was intensely proud of the midshipmen. As we transit through the Academy and leave its hallowed halls, we can only hope that the classes that come after us will continue to uphold the traditions and honor of our school and the Navy. This team showed the Southwest Missouri area the best of what the United States Naval Academy stands for.
It should be noted that funding for the trip was made possible by the USNA Alumni Foundation, and assistance with lodging and food were provided for by alumni from Missouri and Arkansas.

Tankless Water Heaters Vs Traditional Water Heaters: What's the Difference?

You use your hot water for myriad household tasks, from washing dishes and laundry to bathing. It's important to have a hot water heater that's up to the job of providing enough hot water for your family's needs. In addition to choosing from a variety of brands and models, you may be given the option of a tankless water heater. So how does the tankless version differ from the traditional water heater designs that have been available for homes for over a century, and how do you know if one is right for your home? Talk to your technician about the pros and cons for your specific situation and consider what matters to you: energy efficiency, cost and monthly bills, hot water capacity, or other factors.
What Is a Tankless Water Heater?
Traditional water heaters keep a supply of hot water in a reservoir, the size of which can vary depending on your hot water needs and the size of your home. Tankless water heaters, on the other hand, heat water on demand. They have long been more popular in Europe than in the U.S., but over the last few decades more Americans have become interested in transitioning to tankless technology for their hot water needs. Whether you can easily upgrade to a state-of-the-art tankless unit may depend upon your building's existing pipe structure; older buildings in the U.S. may not be equipped for tankless water heating without a major plumbing overhaul.
Benefits of Going Tankless
While traditional units can run out of water if you decide to shower, do laundry, and run the dishwasher all at the same time, tankless water heaters are designed to provide a continuous supply of hot water, but only when it's called for. This eliminates the energy being used to keep water hot and ready 24/7, which can lower your energy bills. Additionally, tankless units are much smaller than their tanked counterparts, so they don't take up valuable real estate in your home. Tankless units are available for use with gas and electric power, and your water heater technician can advise you on the right unit or units for your hot water needs.
Cons to Consider
Tankless models aren't appropriate for all climates, particularly very cold areas. They also tend to cost more than their tanked counterparts, which means it could take you a while to recoup the extra money in energy bill savings. Installation itself is also more expensive, as you'll need to find a technician who specializes in tankless technology. Retrofitting a building with old plumbing for a brand-new tankless model only adds to the cost. If you want to upgrade your old water heater to a more energy-efficient and effective model without spending a fortune, it's possible to do so without going tankless; speak to your water heater installation contractor about your options. A professional, experienced, and reliable technician should be honest with you about what's best for your home.
The moral of the story is that while tankless units use is on the rise--and for good reason--there's no one-size-fits-all solution for every building. You have to do your research and hire a plumber or water heater expert who will advise you on the best course of action for your needs. Whether you go tankless or stick with a traditional unit, the end goal is to have enough hot water without breaking the bank either initially or on monthly energy bills.

Marathon Training Program

You can find books about marathon training and plenty of websites online that provide training programs. Regardless of your level of experience, there are programs that are designed for your ability levels.

Before you begin training, beginners should take a cautious approach and start small. Doing too much too soon is placing more demands on your body that it's capable of handling. Running a marathon should not be taken lightly; finishing one requires dedication and a lot of training. In fact, ideally one should be a runner for at least a year in order to prepare the mind and body for marathon training.
Regardless of where you get a marathon training program, be sure that it's very structured and detailed. It should break down into phases: build-up, taper off, and recovery once the race has been completed. A program should always be followed exactly as it's laid out; each phase plays an important role in getting the best results. Deviating from it in anyway or having a lack of focus during any part of the training could have an impact on the results you get.
The build up phase is fairly self-explanatory; it involves building up stamina at a steady pace. Dramatic increases in distance should be avoided; the distance you run early on in your training should be consistent for awhile. A 10% increase is a good number to shoot for.
Dramatic increase of distance will not give the body ample time to adjust, which could increase the risk of injury. Having a structured program takes the guesswork out of your training and prevents you from doing too much on a given day. You could run short distances during weekdays, and one long run on the weekends.
The shorter distance running throughout the week will give the body a break from the long-distance running.
The next phase of the marathon-training program is the taper period. The month before the race is when your training should be tapering off. It's designed to help the body recover just a little bit so it's not too tired for the race. The rule of thumb is to cut back your mileage by 25% during this time. During the final week, you should be running only a few short distances. You will feel the results of the tapering off during the day of the race when you are flexible, well-rested, and in peak condition.
Once the marathon is over, then the recovery phase begins. This period includes rest so your body can recuperate from all the training and the competition. The success of any marathon training program is measured can ultimately be measured by the level of commitment made by the participant.

Can Alternative Therapies Cure Cancer?

Expert Author Tina B Rizk
Cancer claims more than 8 million lives each year. For the past 50 years, scientists made drastic discoveries that positively affected many aspects of our lives. Yet, since 50 years, the diagnostic and treatment of cancer remains the same.
Conventional cancer treatment includes surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Doctor John Cairns from Harvard declared that "Chemotherapy drugs are of benefit to at most 5% of cancer patients they are given to, but are routinely given to 50% of patients". On the other hand, there are thousands of persons diagnosed with cancer who successfully managed to beat their disease through alternative and non-conventional treatments. Most of alternative cancer treatments are purely based on herbs decoction and the intake of natural food particularly organic fresh vegetables and fruits that are rich in antioxidant, minerals and vitamins. More and more scientific studies prove that vegetables and fruits are indispensable for an optimal health as they give a boost to the immune system helping it heal the body.
On the other hand, there's an herbs decoction promoted by Rene Caisse that proved to cure cancer. It all started in 1922, when Rene Caisse, a Canadian Nurse, found a scare in an elderly patient. When she asked her about it, the women told her that in the 1890s she was diagnosed with breast cancer but having no money to undergo a breast surgery, an old Indian medicine man from the Ojibwa tribe gave her a mixture of herbal tea claiming that it will cure her breast cancer. Following his advice, the lady took the herbal tea and was still alive, cancer free, for almost 30 years later. Rene took the recipe just in case she might need it herself one day. In 1924, she tested the decoction tea on her aunt who was diagnosed with stomach cancer and was given 6 month to live. Her aunt lived for another 21 years old cancer free. The four herbs Caisse used were burdock root, sheep sorrel (whole herb including the roots), slippery elm and turkey rhubarb. She branded her formula and began successfully treating patients.
Furthermore, laboratory research prove that mistletoe has an anti-cancer properties and greatly stimulates the immune system.
Let's hope that more serious and objective studies are undertaken by official organizations such as the FDA and the AMA regarding alternative cancer treatments so that one day cancer becomes history or a simple ailment that can be cured through widely available and affordable treatments.

Choose Good Summer Car Tires

At some point or the other, one needs to replace their car tires. This ensures safety and also enhances the handling ability and fuel economy of the car. Tires should be inspected regularly for wear and tear, preferably by professionals. A general rule of thumb is: If the tread depth has worn to 1/16 mm (2/32"), it is time for a replacement.

The all-season tires are marked as M+S which stands for mud and snow. They are made for spring and winter weather conditions. That apart; there is a numeric code (for e.g. 175/70R13 82T) which signifies the width in millimeters, as well as the aspect ratio and tire's load and speed rating etc.
The new replacement tires should also have these same numbers except for the last letter that indicates the tire's speed rating. Letters like T, H and S etc indicate the speed limits that should not be crossed when using these tires. The higher the number preceding this letter, indicates a more stable and rigid tire at high speeds. Naturally, you also need to pay more for such tires.
If you live in a region where summers tend to get extremely hot, then summer tires are a must. Such tires are made with special compounds that allow for better grip on heated roads. Summer tires also enhance the performance and handling efficiency at the same time, keep the car safe by improving the braking and handling aspects.
That apart, the summer tires must also be able to handle the weight of the vehicle. So, the new tires should not be undersized. For most cars and vans, the diameter change of plus/minus 3 percent is acceptable. For SUVs and pickup trucks the engineering can handle a 15 percent oversized tires. For the sake of convenience, tire manufacturers have come up with Plus Sizing, which accounts for available sizes in tires and wheels. Based on this, one can choose the right tire width for adequate load bearing capability. Many websites have a convenient feature of allowing you to enter the make, model and year of your car based on which you are recommended the correct tire size. The owner's manual may also guide you on the right sizing of summer tires and many times this information is stamped on the door jam or gas cap.
Finally, before purchasing the tires, one must always consider the worst weather conditions that one might need to drive in. Based on this, one can choose all weather tires or purchase separate sets of wheels for the summer or snow.
Choose good summer tires for your car, and you can also buy other car parts, Honda prelude accessoriesHonda Jazz accessories at reliable car parts store.

Travel Tips
The Top 20 Best Traveling Tips
As a frequent traveler, I have learned a few tips that make traveling easier. In this article, you will find a list of uncomplicated, easy-to-understand traveling tips that will make any trip easier on you.
1. Make your luggage stand out. This can be done by tying a strip of fabric around your luggage handle. Be sure to use a brightly colored piece of fabric so that you can spot it easily and quickly.
2. Instead of his and hers suitcases, split each person's clothes in half and pack two suitcases that contain clothes for both of you. This way, if a piece of luggage is lost, no one is left with nothing to wear.
3. Make sure you have cloud-based email. If you don't have an email account, set up a free one.
4. Before you leave for your trip, take pictures of all your important documents and credit cards and then email the pictures to your email account. This ensures that you can still access your important information if anything is lost or stolen. Documents that you should take pictures of include your
-Passport and driver's license
-Trip itinerary, including the name of your hotel
-Luggage claim checks
-Credit cards that you are taking on the trip with you (both front and back).
5. If you are traveling out of the country, make sure to carry extra passport-size photos with you. This will help you get another passport quickly if yours is lost or stolen.
6. In addition to your cell phone, laptop and computer, make sure to pack the proper chargers for those devices. If you are traveling somewhere that only has two-prong electrical outlets, you will also need the right adapter.
7. Buy or borrow a universal adapter that will work for all electronics. To make sure that it will work for your hair dryer or curling iron, make sure it is a power converter as well.
8. Don't overload your wallet with credit cards that you won't use. This means you can leave your store credit cards, discount cards and Social Security card at home.
9. Make sure to call your bank and credit card companies to notify them of your trip. Failure to do this may lead to the card issuers declining your cards as a precaution. A simple call lets them note your trip and expected locations.
10. Don't rely on just one credit card for your whole trip; take at least two. Leave one card in the hotel safe and use the other. This way if you lose one, you will have a backup.
11. You may be tempted to wear all of your best jewelry while on vacation. However, that also makes you very attractive to thieves. If you can't leave home without some bling, consider some well-crafted fake jewelry.
12. To help deter theft, male travelers should carry their wallet in a front pocket with two rubber bands wrapped around it.
13. For the same reasons, women should carry their purses in front of them with the strap of the purse across their chest.
14. Think all little kids are innocent? Think again. Groups of children who swarm travelers are often pickpockets. So beware of groups of children who try to swarm you.
15. Pickpockets often bump into you while stealing from you. If this happens to you, immediately check your pockets. If you find that you have just been robbed, scream as loud as you can to draw immediate attention to the matter.
16. You may not have time to learn a new language before you travel abroad, but you should at least take a list of popular traveler phrases with you. When creating this list, you should think of things that you will need to know rather quickly while traveling. Some of the subjects you will want to cover include the price of items, bathroom locations and your hotel location.
17. Before you leave for your trip, call your cell phone provider. Roaming cell phone charges can be very expensive, so you will want to see if there is a foreign plan that you can switch to during your trip.
18. Make sure to carry all your minimum necessities in your carry-on bag including a change of clothes, extra undergarments and toothpaste, deodorant and possibly a razor. If you are going somewhere colder than where you have been, you will want to make sure your coat or jacket is in your carry-on, not in your checked luggage.
19. In addition to extra clothes and toiletries in your carry-on, you should also pack any electronics, fine jewelry or other valuables in your carry-on. If it is valuable to you, and you can't carry it on the plane, you should probably leave it at home.
20. To make sure each trip is a success, you should ALWAYS BUY TRAVEL INSURANCE. While there are various types of insurance that offer different levels of protection, all travel insurance policies give you the peace of mind that you will be taken care of while traveling.

I Want to Get Married, He Doesn't - Do's and Don'ts While Waiting for a Proposal

When a woman has been in a relationship with a man for a certain period of time, her goal is to get married someday. This situation requires a lot time and work from both of you to make it happen.
If he doesn't pop the question, you can initiate the marriage talk to your boyfriend but the decision to tie the knot depends on him. Let's say you bring it up with him and he said "he's not ready" and he gives you literally million of excuses to avoid the topic. Now at this point you need to calm down and don't feel disappointed because he said he's not ready, many men get cold feet when they hear the word "marriage".
This can be confusing, stressful and difficult for you because at this point, you may be asking yourself, should i ask for a commitment, take my chances and wait - or up and leave?
It's not your being selfish but it's normal for you to ask for a deeper explanation why he's not ready.
Before you ask yourself anymore question, i want you to know that men and women respond to their feeling differently. When women love someone and enter in a relationship their ultimate goal is, "to get married".
While men on the other hand feel the love for you but doesn't mean they will automatically marry you.
Here are some do's and don'ts while waiting for a proposal.
Stop being pushy
Stop being pushy if he's not ready for a commitment because the more you push the conversation to him the more he resists. A good way to talk to him about this is watch a movie(romantic comedy) about two people ending up together and on your way home talk to him about your future together.
Getting pregnant on purpose to make him commit
Many girls get pregnant on purpose to get their man to commit to marriage, it may not sound fair but it does happen. This is very dangerous because your man will feel angry, trapped and betrayed. You will appear to him as devious, malicious, and manipulative woman. This desperate action may ruin your relationship for good.
Giving him ultimatum is not a good idea
Be careful when giving your man an ultimatum, it can mess things up. Ultimatum is another word for "threat". If you throw marriage ultimatums to your boyfriend, then he says "no" and you still decide to stay in a relationship, is not a good idea, because you'll lose your sincerity and credibility in your relationship.
Basically, you just put yourself in an all-or-nothing situation that normally results to break up. So don't even think of throwing an ultimatum if you have no intention of losing him.
If he's not popping the question then there are things you can do to make him want to marry you, without being pushy and manipulative. If you want to look deeper into a man's mind, please visit whymenpullaway.info

Open House Tips And Advice

Expert Author Frank L DeFazio
Open houses are extremely popular in the Real Estate community. The reason home sellers and real estate agents like open houses is because they typically generate a great deal of foot traffic. Every Sunday morning, almost religiously, the signs go up with arrows, and sometimes balloons, directing would be home buyers to the open houses all over town. Several prominent and tenured real estate agents claim to "have built their entire business" on this weekend ritual. These agents are proponents of "opens" because they see them as a major source of exposure for a listing and because they allow potential buyers and neighbors easy access to the home. Over the years I've attended open houses as a listing agent, a buyer's agent and a buyer; here are some open house tips I've picked up along the way.
If you are going to host an "open" here are a few words of advice:
1. Advertise everywhere. This includes Facebook, Craigslist, Newspapers, blogs and websites. Opens listed on the MLS will syndicate out to Trulia, Zilliow and most other large real estate search engines. This is the best type of advertising because you reach the broadest audience.
2. Use at least two signs. One on each corner with arrows pointing towards the property. Make the property easy to find.
3. Make sure the property is in pristine condition! That means it is clean, smells great, looks great and has lots of light.
4. Provide color promotional flyers with lots of pictures of the property and monthly payment estimates from a local mortgage broker. Also provide the seller's disclosure, upgrade lists and any other documents with relevant information about the home.
5. Place a sign in sheet and require visitors to provide name, email and phone numbers.
6. Offering food, snacks or drinks is optional but not really a common practice.
7. If possible, try to schedule the open house when you will not be competing with other prominent Sunday events like religious ceremonies, parades, athletic events or anything else that will hurt traffic.
The validity and effectiveness of opens might be up for debate but most home sellers and their real estate agents are hosting them. Consequently, in order to keep up with the rest of your competition they are necessary. If you follow the steps I've outlined above you will maximize attendance at your open house and expose your home to the broadest possible audience.

Qualifying for Social Security Disability Benefits in the State of Arizona

What happens when an Arizona resident such as you faces an injury on the job that renders them unable to work for a long period of time? In this situation, you might be eligible for social security disability benefits in addition to workers' compensation benefits. The following article discusses much of what you need to know about qualifying. Of course, it is no substitute for legal advice given by a lawyer in person. So if you have any questions, consider seeking help by scheduling a free consultation with a lawyer practicing in your State.
Need to Know Information Regarding Qualification for Social Security Disability
Of course, simply becoming disabled in the state of Arizona does not necessarily make you eligible to receive benefits. First, you must have met the requirement of work credits. Basically, from each paycheck you earn, Social Security taxes (FICA) are deducted. The longer you work, the more credits you earn. And a particular number is required at the time your disability begins. Here are the rules set forth by the federal government for necessary number of credits (quarters of coverage (QC)):
1. You must be fully insured; and
2. You need a total of 20 QC in the last 10 years before you become disabled.
3. There are age exceptions to protect young workers. For disabled workers who are under age 31 you must have credits for at least half the quarters from age 21 to your age at the time your disability begins. So if you become disabled at age 25, you must have 8 quarters of coverage.
To be fully insured for disability benefits you need at least one QC for each calendar year after you turned 21 and the year you become disabled.
The minimum number of QCs needed is 6. The maximum number needed is 40. Any year (all or part of a year) that was included in a period of disability is not included in determining the number of QCs you need.
More Information on Earning Credits
While the manner in which you can earn credits has changed over the years, the fact remains that you can earn up to 4 credits per year that you work and pay Social Securitytaxes. These credits are based on the wages reported annually by your employer as well as any income from self-employment endeavors. To obtain a credit in 2012, you must earn $1,130 during the year. (The amount required for a quarter of coverage was $1120 in 2010 and 2011 and was less in earlier years.) If you earn $4,520 or more in 2012, you can earn the 4 credit maximum discussed above. When you work during the year does not actually matter. You cannot earn more than four quarters of coverage for a year.
The average worker will easily earn more than enough Social Security credits to qualify for disability. Keep in mind that extra credits do not give you any sort of extra benefit. Instead, the average amount you earn per year will be the deciding factor on how much money you will be paid by the Social Security Administration on a monthly basis.

Many people are surprised about this, but yes, there are online jigsaw puzzle games available today in many different places. Not only that, but many of these websites and services provide free jigsaws right on their website, whether you download the game, or use it right on their page through some kind of Flash or Javascript format. It allows you to see all of the pieces, and to drag and drop them around on the screen to complete the puzzle. It's very intuitive to use and work with, and it's really a lot of fun.
Plus, you'll love being able to quickly go online and kill some time with a few great puzzles you've never seen before. That's true, but you may be surprised at just how fun the experience is when you use online jigsaw puzzle games. It wasn't too long ago that people said, "why you read a book on an electronic device instead of just reading the book itself?" Also, don't forget that you won't need to be bothered with anything like clean up, finding missing pieces, working with broken or damaged pieces or anything like that either.
You'll be able to find puzzles of all kinds, ranging from easy puzzles with just a few dozen or a hundred pieces, to much larger and more complex puzzles. Work on a jigsaw based on a real picture from a city around the world, or a picture of nature, famous paintings, animals, landmarks, sports and much more. Hone Your Mobile Web Development Knowledge

Expert Author Alfred Lewis Mittleton
Internet is one of the things that people and organizations cannot live without. Over the years there have been many notable efforts made to enhance the internet user experience. Days when web access was possible only via a desktop computer or laptop are long gone now and mobile web or browser-based internet access is all the rage. Statistics show that there are about five-point-nine billion mobile phone users globally, and that this number swells by the minute. As a consequence, mobile web development has become a craved technique across the world.
Mobile web development is the process of making websites accessible from small handheld devices that are already connected to the wireless or mobile networks. Smartphones, computer tablets and feature phones are just a few examples of these devices. Numerous websites seen today were made with the desktop or big screen internet user in mind. However, research shows that many web users are now hooked on mobile internet. Perhaps one of the main reasons why this is happening is the fact that most people prefer to buy the latest smartphones rather than a desktop or laptop device.
Hence Mobile web development is here to stay and will perhaps wipe away desktop web access in the near future. It is backed by the fact that most countries have high-speed 4G and 3G broadband/Wi-Fi internet networks or are making efforts to introduce them. Mobile web developers will probably have many fruitful years as the browser-based internet access thing evolves everywhere in the world. All the same their role is intricate because mobile devices have the following limitations.
-Inflexible navigation caused by the fact they lack something like a computer mouse.
-Multi-tasking is difficult because a user can only display one or limited windows at a time.
-Screen size for mobiles is small.
-Most devices lack support for important client-side scripts that allow websites to boost user experience such the JavaScript. They also lack the cookie storage function.
-Speed of internet service is slow on mobile gadgets.
-The phones have low battery power, memory and bandwidth.
Mobile web development is about finding solutions for the above problems. Several developers are extremely good at the task of designing mobile websites. They can be depended upon to create new websites from scratch or to change an existing site so that it can be well-suited for the portable internet-enabled handsets. The latter can be difficult and time-consuming than the former. A developer has to start with the implementation of mobile style sheets to adjust the CSS layout for mobile gadgets. They use the following three methods.
User initiated technique - This is all about letting users or clients decide when they want to view the mobile version of their sites. To help this, a programmer does two things. First, he must place a link that points to the mobile version site in the footer of the desktop site. Then he must put a link that points to the desktop site in the footer of the mobile version site. This gives users a chance to choose the site they want to view.
Server-side technique - To offer this method programmers have to detect the user agent string via a server-side language. In other words, a site senses a mobile device and redirects the user to a mobile sub domain. This method is ideal for enterprise websites
Client side technique - It is about sensing a mobile device on a client side using two types of style sheets. These include the screen media and handheld media style. The proper approach is selected depending on the age of a gadget. Older version gadgets tend to go well with the handheld media type but the implementation process is different.
Mobile web development process is broader and complicated. While some developers are working on Android apps for their client or business, others create websites that look and act like apps when viewed on mobile devices. If you are using a CMS such as Joomla or WordPress, you can use their mobile extension that will do a lot of the work for you. Even though you can do it yourself, it is highly recommended to hire a reputable developer.

Strategy To Work For Yourself As An Entrepreneur

Expert Author Glenn Hong
Everyone wants to be their own boss. The majority of us would love to determine our own salaries, but the reality is only a few manage to succeed doing this. The good news is that you absolutely do have the ability to work for yourself- it's just a matter of how bad you want it. Becoming an entrepreneur isn't easy, but it's something that anyone can achieve, with hard work and dedication. Striving to become an entrepreneur is the most profitable, and easiest option for those who choose to work for themselves.
An entrepreneur is successful because of the way they think. Their mindset is focused on analyzing opportunities that can create them sustainable income. If you want to work for yourself without any time constraints, the best opportunity for creating income is the internet. Most successful entrepreneurs find ways of utilizing the internet to create more profits, because a majority of the entire world is "online," literally putting a world wide market at your fingertips.
Understanding the concept of having high traffic is extremely beneficial to internet entrepreneurs. Gurus are extremely successful because they focus on the big picture, instead of just the short term goal. In order to work for yourself, you have to think outside of the box, instead of thinking the "traditional way." The reason internet gurus get so much business is because it takes less work to attract 100 times more people to listen or view your product and service than what it takes to draw customers to a brick and mortar business.
The traditional way of marketing yourself is to spend a huge deal of money to market your business, service or product, and pray that someone who watches or listens to your advertisement will contact you for more information. On the other hand, when it comes to the internet, all of the information is saved and ready for anybody to review and learn from, through the use of search engines or by seeing advertisements. The internet is always online, constantly changing, always moving, and you have a constant market of potential clients browsing. You don't have to be there to watch or operate the business if you properly build your business from the start.
If you want to work for yourself, you have to work smarter, not harder. Most people believe that making fast money is too hard or too difficult, but entrepreneurs believe that anything, including making fast money, is possible- it just may be a bit more of a challenge. Finding targetable keywords to advertise or market on the internet is much more powerful and effective than launching a public advertisement and hoping to catch someone's interest. When you target specific keywords, you are targeting the specific market of individuals who are looking for what you have to offer.
The last strategy to working for yourself is to invest or do research on more than just one business opportunity. Successful entrepreneurs never invest all of their energy on just one specific product or service, because they know that diversification will create a higher percentage of returns. They find other options or viable means to protect their assets and generate more income for the long term, which is what we should do as well if we plan to work for ourselves. Remember the old addage to never put all your eggs in one basket? Diversification is the business world's version of this! Why should we settle for just one way to make money when there are over a 1000 opportunities out there to work for yourself?
If you want to successfully use the internet as a tool to independently create your own wealth it requires patience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. If this sounds like something you can accomplish, I highly encourage you to start thinking about how much you want to make, instead of relying on a job to make it for you.
If you're looking for a legitimate way to earn income online and want to learn how to build a successful internet business, then I STRONGLY recommend you go to http://beanentrepreneurtoday.com/opportunities/ discover where education meets opportunity!

Summer Camp - 5 Reasons Your Child Should Attend

Whether you want your kids to get out and explore nature, or simply allow them to get a change of scenery, a summer camp is an ideal choice. Examine a few great reasons why your child should do something different while school's out:
Make New Friends
When your child is at summer camp, it's essential that he or she gets out of their comfort zone and makes new friends. Your kid is in a place where he or she is meeting new children from all over the state. In such an unfamiliar environment, they may find that they enjoy talking to other kids of different backgrounds, and might even make a few new friends.
Experience Nature
Some children who live in the city have never been to a park or on a camping trip. That's why going to summer camp can be a life-changing experience. There will be many things to do, such as exploring the water at the lakes, climbing trees, checking out butterflies-- you name it. Bottom line, your kids will be outdoors and immersed in Mother Nature for a few weeks.
Try New Activities
If your kids are more inclined to simply stay in the house and play video games, getting away can really give them a jolt. Many kids today don't even understand what it's like to play outside and run around. Therefore, when they're gone for a few weeks and have no choice to but try new activities, they may be in for a shock. Oftentimes it's a good shock, and your kids might want to get out and do different things more often.
Conquer a Few Fears
Summer camp not only allows kids to try new things, but they may even face a few fears. If your child is extremely shy or doesn't like challenges, being around other kids could help. In addition, there may be an activity that your child has shied away from in the past, yet overcomes while away for a few months. In the end, your child may come back happier and more confident.
Get a Change in Scenery
Your kids may feel like their life in the city is the center of the universe. However, when placed in a situation where they have no choice but embrace their environment, they may be amazed to find that they have an interest in nature. Your child may find that he or she really enjoys watching birds or insects, or may simply be in awe of all the natural beauty around them. A change in scenery can really open their eyes to the world.
If you are looking for activities for your kids while they are out of school, a summer camp new orleans  might be a great option. Visit http://www.auduboninstitute.org for more information.

Tubal Reversal and Testing For Blocked Tubes

Expert Author Debra Verville
Tubal reversal is the surgery known for the repair of the fallopian tubes that have been purposely blocked. Most couples decide on this surgery in order to have a child in the most natural way possible following a tubal ligation. Because many cannot afford the high cost of IVF, couples choose this method to have fertility restored.
Before the actual tubal reversal surgery a large number of women will begin to track their cycles. Knowing their cycles gives them a better idea of when they are the most fertile. Knowing the most fertile time of their cycles can help the couple achieve pregnancy faster. Leading tubal reversal surgeons will recommend ovulation predictor kits or OPK's to know when ovulation has taken place. Ovulation is when the egg is released from the ovary and fertilization is possible.
After the surgery it is natural for a couple to begin trying to become pregnant. The whole reason they chose this surgery was to have a baby right? Well, after a few months go by and there is no positive pregnancy test a woman may begin to worry that her fallopian tubes are blocked. The anxiety seems to grow when the couple hears of others becoming pregnant right after surgery. As the months pass the anxiety grows and the doubts set in.
There is a test that can be performed using dye to see if the fallopian tubes are still open. This test which is commonly known as a HSG can be administered at any time following a tubal reversal, but when is it necessary?
Those who become worried will ask if they are able to have the test. And yes, they can, but is it necessary and what do the leading tubal reversal surgeons have to say about it? Let's look some of the facts.
In statistics collected at the leading reversal center 70% of tubal reversal patients become pregnant within 12 months following reversal. This leaves 30% that have not become pregnant after a year of actively trying to conceive. When these patients had the HSG only 6% had a fallopian tube that was blocked. And, in many cases it was just one tube and not both. There are many women that become pregnant with just one open tube.
Financial considerations must also be taken into account because many insurance companies will not cover this test. The stress that many women endure to have the HSG is also something to think about. Although the HSG is considered a safe procedure there is still a chance for infection.
Asking yourself if you should have the HSG? The best thing is to speak with your personal physician. Sometimes though, time is just the best medicine.
